For much of my life, I searched outside of myself for the answers I was seeking. It wasn’t until life’s greatest challenges invited me inward, that I discovered something I had always known; our deepest wisdom has been within us all along.

The loss of my father at 21 led me into a deeper meditation practice in search of peace. My brother’s life changing accident deepened my understanding of life’s fragility, and after losing my mother, I chose to let go of what no longer aligned.. Each experience became an invitation to return to myself.

Throughout my journey one theme remained constant: I wanted to create a place where people felt truly seen, heard, and understood. A place where they could finally stop carrying the weight of expectations, take a deep breath, and reconnect with who they really are.

That vision became Remember Dharti (Mother Earth).

Dharti means Earth putting “Ma” in front of it means Mother Earth in Hindi, it’s also my name. I chose “Remember Dharti” because I believe our healing begins when we remember our connection to ourselves, to one another, and to the Earth beneath our feet.

In today’s fast paced world , we’ve become disconnected from our own inner nature. We spend so much time “doing” that we forget to simply ” be”. As souls living a human experience, this disconnection from ourselves and from the natural world, often leaves us feeling overwhelmed, anxious, & searching for something more.

Today, I guide others through Quantum Healing, Emotional Integration, and Return to Self experiences that create space for clarity, healing, and self-discovery. I don’t believe healing is about becoming someone new. I believe it’s about remembering who you’ve always been beneath the noise, the pain, and the stories you’ve carried.

My hope is that when you leave a session, you feel lighter, more connected, and more deeply at home within yourself.
